MakeFashion Edu provides a year-round suite of education programs and support for K-12 educators and students. Their core programs foster STEM skills development that focus on creative careers, rather than the traditional focus on engineering careers. 

MakeFashion Edu Runway is a platform that brings student work to professional events, giving students a chance to showcase their projects to a real audience. It connects students with industry experts, consumers, and fans. It fills a gap where students who don’t self-identify as “engineers” can gain skills using technology for design, preparing them for their choice of careers. Jobs of today and tomorrow are demanding these skills in every industry, and the children in our community will be equipped to face those challenges due to this special outreach.
