“Neighborhood Earth”

The 2023 Tucson runway was built around Neighborhood Earth, the idea that the whole planet is one neighborhood. Students turned Earth’s biomes into wearable tech: the Sonoran Desert, forests, grasslands, oceans, rainforests, tundra and wetlands. Other teams took on space, their own communities and the issues they care about.
