At MakeFashion Edu we guide young people to design and construct fashion tech that tells a story. The fashion pieces are then shared in a public exhibition, usually in a runway event. In the process, students gain design skills, electronics and coding experience, story writing practice, and sewing and crafting competencies. We have made this course to share our experiences with other educators, parents, after school leaders and anyone who wants to help young people develop attributes that will last a lifetime.
